This policy explains what information this website collects and how we handle it. BridgeHaven Medical Equipment, LLC (“BridgeHaven,” “we”) is a pre-launch company and is not yet providing products or services to patients.
Short version: this website does not use forms, accounts, cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics. We only receive information that you choose to email or call in to us.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email info@bridgehavendme.com or call 757-734-7155, we receive your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of business conversations.
- Standard server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically keep technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
What this website does not do
- It has no contact form, login, or online ordering.
- It sets no cookies and loads no advertising, social media, or analytics tools.
- It does not sell or share your information for marketing.
Please do not send health information
Do not send medical or personal health information, such as diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance details, or Social Security numbers, by email or through this website. BridgeHaven is not yet accepting patient orders. When we do begin serving patients, we will provide a separate Notice of Privacy Practices explaining how protected health information is handled.
How we use and share information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate vendor and partner relationships. We share it only with people who help us do that, such as our own staff and professional advisers, or when the law requires it.
Children
This website is intended for adults, including parents, caregivers, and healthcare and vendor professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete an email conversation you started with us by contacting us at the address below, subject to any record-keeping we are required to maintain.

We will post any changes here and update the date above. If we add features that collect information, we will update this policy first.
